Please allow 3-11 business days for order processing. Some products(chandeliers, lamps, rugs) are processed in 12-21 days. Please check the product description for this detail.  You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.

US, EU, UK, CA, CH, NOR orders typically take 7-12 business days.

International orders typically take 10-20 business days.
